Sakshi Malik, the first female wrestler to win Olympic medal bronze and made history she got married to a wrestler Satyawart Kadian in Rohtak on Sunday. Sakshi malik won the bronze medal in the 58 kg category during the Rio Olympics in 2016. After losing in the early round Sakshi malik entered the repechage round and she hauled off a dig out from a deficit win in the bronze medal play-off to make history.
The wedding took place in Rohtak and was attended by many wrestlers including Sushil Kumar, who has won the medals in 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympics in wrestling category.

Satyawart Kadian is also a wrestler who won the bronze medal in 2010 Youth Olympics.In the wake of having won bronze in the junior world championships, Kadian’s delegated minute was the point at which he secured silver in the 2014 Commonwealth games in Glasgow. It was accounted for that he met Sakshi at the occasion.
