SC Acts Serious on Jayalalitha (Amma) Case, Will That Repeat in Chandrababu’s Case ?


The Supreme Court on Monday that issued a notice to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu that in a Case of Cash for Vote Scam. With this Notice there is shock in the Telugu Desam Party House and also to the CM of AP Chandra Babu Naidu, when they were in a Festival Mood as that they were newly constructed Assembly Hall and the his son Lokesh Filing a Nomination for the MLC Seat.

When Supreme Court ask about the case to the Chief Minister Mr.Naidu as he replied that in a casual manner that these case is filed against him and its common and that he would come it against Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu as Clean Chit.

He also verdict that the oppositions had filed 26 cases on me and they were failed to win that all cases on me but all of them were slashed by the Respective Courts. This Notice was issued by the Top Court Supreme Court and will be a Disappointment to the Oppositions and the AP CM is Quite Confident about this Issue to be clear.

But take a look at the Past history of the Supreme court’s judgement, the VVIP’s cases are that the top court inquire and had put almost everybody into trouble.

Recently we have witnessed in the Case of the Late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalitha and her sister soulmate sasikala in the disproportionate case.

They were Acquitted by the Karnataka High Court but the Supreme Court Convicted them that where Sasikala was Sentenced to 4 Years in Jail.

As a similar case when the BJP Senior Leader L.K Adwani was acquitted by the Hugh Court in a 25 year Old Babri Masjid Case and the CBI and a person by the Name Haji Mahboob Ahmad had challenged that the verdict in the Top Court.

The Supreme court had sought some responses from all the accused during the last hearings of the case, the Supreme court is likely to give the final ruling in the matter in the Next hearings on March 22nd.

When it Comes to the AP CM Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu since it has reached the Supreme court that there are more chances of him getting into more troubles and cases as the evidences are more clear.

After the Telugu Desam Party Came to the Power in 2014 at Andhra Pradesh and the ruling party used to target the opposition leader Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy by Speaking about the CBI cases against him.

Now the YSRCP has got a weapon to criticize Mr Chandra babu Naidu as the Supreme Court has issued notices in the Cash-For-Vote case to Mr Chandra Babu Naidu.
