Senior most Congress Party leader Amarinder Singh is now ready to be the Next Chief Minister of Punjab. On Saturday The People of Patiala Celebrated Grandly at New Moti Bagh Palace after the Congress Party Chief Captain Amarinder Singh’s victory over the seat and state on his 75th Birthday.

On Sunday, after being unanimously elected leader Captain Amarinder Singh had met V.P. Singh Badnore the governor of Punjab and deformed claim to form a government. The swearing- in ceremony would take place in Raj Bhavan on Thursday, March 16th, 2017 at 10 am. After the meet, Captain Amarinder said that size and Ministers of Cabinet will be decided on Tuesday after the meeting with Rahul Gandhi.
Before the Amarinder Singh Take Oath as CM of Punjab on 16th of March, the congress is planning for grand Holi Celebrations at Chandigarh on Monday.
Rana Gurjit Singh (Punjab’s richest MLA, Sugar Baron) and Amarinder Singh used to host the Party confidently every year even when the Congress had lost in the polls of 2012. Finally this year Punjab polls have been ended with an amazing victory wondering its leaders at whats and hows. So, now there is every reason to celebrate it even grandly for the party.On Sunday Captain Amarinder Singh bravely stated that “I am fully committed to implementing the schemes and would make sure to raise the adequate funds needed for it. Global tenders would soon be floated to produce smartphones as promised under the captain Smart connect program launched ahead of polls”.
This time the CM, Amarinder don’t have to look over more of the party’s high command is being more weekend by poll thrashing in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and party leaders in central needs him more than ever before.
He even assured the people of Punjab that his government will execute all the election promises, which includes the elimination of drug menace within four weeks by appointing some special task force. And the establishment of more Rehabilitation and de- addiction centers by appointing more psychiatrists for the treatment of drug problems. He even said that “several leading Industrialists had approached me and evinced their interest to invest in the State”. So, by this, we can make Punjab as an attractive Investment Destination.
Despite thumping Victory, Captain Amarinder Singh would find it tough to run the government smoothly by managing the financial burden left to the state by his predecessor Parkash Singh Badal of the SAD of Rs. 1.25 lakh crore and severe liquidity crisis on former wealthiest states of the country. Hope the new Chief Minister will able to manage the financial burden and fulfill all his promises for Punjab.
